Think about this…
What would it mean for your business if instead of constantly adding things to that dreaded/never-ending to-do list, you started taking things off.
Wait, what do I mean?
Well, it’s simple really.
Over the next few days/weeks, I want you to audit your business and your to-do list and think about what’s actually really important.
You see, there are things we do in our businesses that:
Help us make money…
Help us stay organized…
Help us propel our business forward…
But there are also a ton of things we do (or think we should do for that matter), that don’t really help/benefit us.
AKA “Busy Work”.
This “Busy Work” takes our focus away from what’s important and while our intentions in doing them might be good they are more work than they’re worth.
I challenge you to spend time over the next little while taking things off your list so that you can spend more time on important tasks that will move your business forward!
